Raising Group, now part of VALTORTA-RAISING, complements Valtorta's offering with the design and custom manufacturing of equipment for gripping, handling, and transporting steel products of any weight and size. The equipment, technically known as "under-hook" devices, is placed between the overhead crane hook and the product being handled, replacing chains, ropes, or other systems that require direct operator intervention. This solution allows for safer operations, reducing risks and improving productivity in daily lifting operations.

All our equipment is CE certified, entirely made in Italy and designed according to the FEM (Fédération Européenne de Manutention) class regulations most suited to the expected work cycle.
The production process includes thorough and certified quality control of the materials used, as well as non-destructive testing such as ultrasound and dye penetrant testing on welds and structural joints. Each machine is delivered with an instruction manual complete with all required certifications and assembly drawings for easy spare parts identification.
Custom prototyping is our production standard: each piece of equipment is developed to perfectly adapt to the geometric characteristics of the product being lifted, offering maximum precision, reliability, and durability.
Assistance, inspection and scheduled maintenance
In addition to manufacturing new equipment, Valtorta Raising has an in-house workshop specializing in the certified overhaul and maintenance of lifting equipment, including those manufactured by other companies.
